What made you join Tile Hill, and what's kept you here?

I joined Tile Hill because of the people and the culture. From my first conversations, there was a genuine sense of collaboration, trust and ambition that really stood out. Everyone was passionate about what they did, committed to delivering exceptional service and focused on making a positive difference for clients, candidates and the communities they serve.

What's kept me here is the opportunity to keep learning, taking on new challenges and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. Looking back, it's amazing to see how much my role has evolved. I've been fortunate to work alongside brilliant colleagues who have encouraged me, challenged me and supported my development every step of the way.

What's surprised you most about working here?

The biggest surprise has been just how much opportunity there is to grow. From early on, I was trusted to lead projects, improve processes, share ideas and contribute beyond the responsibilities of my role. That trust helped me build confidence and develop skills I didn't know I had.

When I joined Tile Hill, I started as a Coordinator in the Executive Search Operations team. Today, I lead the Executive Search and Interim Operations team, a role I genuinely love and one I never imagined I'd be doing when I first started.

What also stands out is that everyone's opinion matters. Ideas are welcomed, people are listened to and there's a real sense of support across the business. We celebrate success together, help each other through challenges and create an environment where people can grow professionally and personally.

What would you tell someone thinking about joining the team?

Do it.
