What made you join Tile Hill, and what's kept you here?

After spending three years working in law, I wanted to return to a recruitment environment and Tile Hill immediately stood out. From what I saw before joining, particularly through LinkedIn and the way the business celebrated its people and achievements, it felt like a close-knit team with a genuine focus on people.

What's kept me here is exactly that culture. Everyone is approachable, supportive and willing to help, no matter how busy they are. There's a real sense of teamwork, and I've always felt that colleagues want each other to succeed. It creates an environment where you're valued, supported and encouraged to do your best work.

What's surprised you most about working here?

What has stood out most is how people-focused the business is. Work-life balance is genuinely valued here, which isn't something you always find. There's a clear understanding that supporting people both professionally and personally helps everyone perform at their best.

I've also appreciated the support I've received in my own development. Regular feedback from my manager and colleagues has helped build my confidence and encouraged me to keep improving. Whether it's a big challenge or a small question, there's always someone willing to make time to help, and that level of support has made a real difference to my growth.
